2015 Club Presentation Night & Disco

 

All swimmers who compete at our Club Championships or meet the Club Night qualification requirements will receive an award on the night. 

When:          Friday, 18 September, 2015

Where:         Wests Leagues Club, 10 Old Leumeah Road, Leumeah

Time:            6.30pm to 11.30pm

RSVP:          Friday, 4 September 2015. Full payment is required by this date which confirms your attendance.

Cost:           Adults - $40 each (3 course meal)

                    Children  - Registered Club Members are Free (meal & soft drink)

                    Unregistered Siblings - Under 10 years -  $13.50

                                                    - 10 years to 16 years - $18.50

                    All children's meals include a 2 course meal & soft drink

 

Payment is to be made via Bank Transfer, then email the Club with your payment details.

We will be working on a slide show for the night, so if you have any swimming photo's you would like included, please email them to the Club email address as soon as you can.

 

As far as table seating arrangements go, we generally like to seat people in similar age groups ie. adults, teens and younger children. If you would like to put together your own tables of 8 you are welcome to do that, just provide the list to Rod or Bec Sheraton at your earliest convenience. Anyone we have not heard from by the close of RSVP will be allocated a table.
